Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Hello! We know that getting your order quickly is important, so we try and ship out all orders in 3-7 business days (some custom products may take a bit longer, but it’ll be worth the wait, we promise). All domestic orders (United States) are tracked for safety. Purely Custom takes full responsibility for shipments until they are successfully delivered to the correct address. We use the shipping company’s tracking information to determine if a package has been successfully delivered. Domestic orders are usually shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Most international orders are shipped with USPS but you can request a different carrier such as UPS or FedEx. If USPS is chosen Purely Custom takes responsibility for the package while in the United States.

Returns

Check back soon. We are currently working out a return policy so we can give our customers what they deserve. Currently, return policies are for individual products and can be found on product pages.
