OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
HOW TO ENTER:
- The contest begins Wednesday July 2, 2008 and ends Sunday, August 17, 2008.
- Contest is open to residents of the United States of America and Canada, 13 years of age or over.
- Enter by logging on to www.purelycustom.com/cyclenews and complete all Entry information requested.
- Entries may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to Purely Custom for entry into contest.

- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Limit one electronic entry per person, per e-mail address and per telephone number. Void where prohibited or restricted. Subject to all applicable laws.
PRIZES, RULES & REGULATIONS:
- There is one Grand Prize to be awarded. Grand Prize consists of a $50 gift certificate for Purely Custom accessories.
- There is one Second Place Prize to be awarded. The Second Place Prize consists of a $25 gift certificate for Purely Custom accessories.
- There is one Second Place Prize to be awarded. The Third Place Prize consists of a $10 gift certificate for Purely Custom accessories.
- The Sponsors, at their sole discretion, have the right to offer monetary compensation in lieu of prizes listed above.
- Prize is not transferable.
- No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted on the part of contest winners.
- Any portion of the prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited.
- Purely Custom will retain the rights to promote the winner and guest’s name, likeness, or photograph in promotional materials relating to the contest.
HOW YOU COULD WIN:
- A random drawing will be made at Purely Custom corporate offices on or about 12:00 Noon MST on August 18, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by 23:59 MST on August 17, 2008.
- Winning Entrants will be contacted within five (5) business days by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the Entry, and/or by e-mail at the e-mail address provided. If a selected Entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days at the telephone number provided on the Entry form and/or at the e-mail address provided, prize may be forfeited and another Entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Each Entrant will be sent and required to complete a required publicity release form, and if necessary, a Parental Consent form, which must be completed, signed and returned to the independent judging organization before the prize can be awarded.
- If a selected Entrant is unable to accept the prize as awarded, prize will be forfeited and another entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL RULES:
- This contest is offered by Purely Custom, which may, at its sole discretion, use an independent administrator or agents to assist in any or all of the execution of this contest.
- This contest is open to all residents of the United States of America and Canada, 13 years of age or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the sponsor.
- Except as provided for in paragraph 7, by entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Sponsor and/or the Administrator or their agents for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this contest. The Sponsor, the Administrator and agents will not sell or transmit this information to third parties, except for the purposes of administering the contest.
- Entries submitted through fraudulent means or in any way tampered with, incorrect, unclear, forged, mutilated, illegible, indecipherable or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, will be disqualified.
- All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned. The Sponsor and the Administrator or their agents are not responsible for Entries lost, late, misdirected, illegible or delayed for any reason. No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor, or the Administrator or their agents for any technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of any e-mail or Online Entry including malfunction of any telephone or network lines, faulty electronic data transmissions, traffic congestion, in the Internet or website, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other on-line communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor, the Administrator or their agents resulting from user's attempt to participate in the promotion or download any information in connection with participating in the promotion. The Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right, in its discretion, to cancel or suspend (subject to Purely Custom approval) this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor to corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest.
- The Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to prohibit an Entrant from participating in the contest or winning the prize, if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator, it determines that the Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automatic quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse or threaten or harass any other Entrants or the Sponsor's representatives. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant failing to comply with these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- By submitting an Entry on-line, all Entrants must acknowledge and agree that the personal information that they have provided will be maintained on the Sponsor's server, the Administrator's servers and/or the server of those responsible for maintaining the Purely Custom website and/or administering the drawing.
- The Sponsor, and their agents, including, without limitation, the Administrator, are not responsible for printing, distribution, technical or production errors, including computer hardware, software, systems or transmissions failures, and may terminate the contest if such errors are discovered, without liability and without notice, at their sole discretion. The Sponsor and Administrator or their agents reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in whole or in part.
- An Entrant will not be declared a winner unless duly authorized representatives of the Sponsor and Administrator or their agents have reviewed and approved the Entry and the Entrant has signed and returned a Publicity Release Form of these rules (and if necessary, a Parental Consent form). By entering this contest, each Entrant agrees to comply fully with the Rules, and, for each winning Entrant, to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice, sobriquet, place of residence and/or statement regarding the Prize by the Sponsor and the Administrator for advertising, promotion or publicity purposes, or for general news, entertainment and information purposes, without compensation.
- If a minor wins a prize, it will be awarded to his/her parents or legal guardian(s).
- No substitutions, transfers or cash value of prizes will be allowed except for the Sponsor's right to substitute prizes of equivalent value in the event of circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the party submitting an electronic Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
- This contest is subject to all Federal, State, and Municipal laws. Void where prohibited. All decisions made by the independent judging organization are final.
