Products usually ship within 3-7 business days after an order is received.

All U.S. orders shipped UPS are insured up to a value of $300 through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipments in excess of $300 are only insured for $300 of the amount.

All orders outside of the U.S. are shipped through UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).

If Customer chooses USPS shipment, Purely Custom is not responsible for any product or shipping charges in the event of product loss or damage. Purely Custom will not supply a tracking number for USPS shipments.

All Customers are responsible for any import taxes/duties imposed by their respective country.
