- Purely Custom will only accept a returned, unused custom product if a discrepancy is evident in comparison with the Customer’s drawing(s) or specification(s).
- All claims for count or weight variances must be sent in writing to Purely Custom within 10 days of receiving a shipment.
- Failure to file a written claim with Purely Custom for any discrepancies after 10 days of receiving a shipment means the Customer accepts the shipment and all products in the shipment meet the terms, conditions, and specifications of the order.
- After investigating claim(s), Purely Custom shall repair, replace, or issue a credit to Customer for the discrepant product.
- Product shall not be returned to Purely Custom until Customer is issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- If Customer returns product without a RMA number, Purely Custom will return the product to the Customer by freight collect.
